Shipping Information

Here’s the shipping information which many seek to know in regards to how long their order will be delivered and arrived at their address. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on where you live in Australia and this information is only general information we could provide.

What to expect?

Same Day Dispatch

Please be advised that to get same-day dispatch, you would have to make your order between 9 AM – 1 PM. Please note that orders made over the weekend will be our first priority so customers who make the order on Monday between 9 AM – 1 PM will follow afterward. Really it is a first-come, first-serve situation.

Tracking numbers 

Once we have received, picked, and packed the orders, shipped them to your respective couriers. Your tracking number will be issued at the latest before 5 pm by Vape Culture and the shipping service we use.

Orders over $99

If you make an online order worth over $99, you have the option of using either TNT or DHL to deliver your parcel at a much faster time and completely free of charge of the delivery service.

How we process the orders

First thing in the morning, we pick and pack the items for one order, followed by a packing slip that lists out the items accordingly. Then, it would be wrapped with bubble wrap and sealed in a plain-white satchel with a label showing your address and ours before shipping them out to the couriers. Then you will have received a tracking number in your email with a link that redirects you to Australia Post’s tracking page to see the current status of your parcel. This is all done with a single push of a button and it’s mainly done manually, so do understand that the process will be time-consuming as we are yet to fully automate our shipping efficiency.

1. TNT Domestic Shipping

You can choose between Express Shipping or Overnight Shipping depending on where you live or if you want to receive your parcel at an earlier time. The shipping cost and delivery time vary as it depends on the suburb/postcode of where you live, the dimension of your parcel, and the type of service you choose. To know more about the cost, click here. Based on our observation, domestic shipping should cost you between $7-$9.

2. Standard or Express

The sooner you make the order, the faster you will receive your items. Regardless of if it’s standard or express shipping, as it affects how quickly Australia Post delivers your parcel.

3. Domestic Times and Fees

Orders under $50:

• Standard Post: $8 (2-7 days)
• Express Post: $10 (time varies according to the Australian Post Express Network)

Orders over $50:

• Free Standard Post (2-7 days)
• Express Post: $4 cheaper (time varies according to the Australian Post Express Network)

Orders over $99:

• Free shipping (time varies according to the Australian Post Express Network)
